"The food was hot and delicious! I only had a 5-8 minute wait (Although im sure wait times are longer when there are more people). The shrimp was cooked as i was waiting which made them THAT MUCH BETTER!! The mac & cheese was cheesy and tasty. The greens were so flavorful ( I asked for hot sauce for my greens and didnt even need it!!) The sausage w/peppers and onions was on point and NOT over cooked! The plate was a good size and the portions was perfect! Definitely going back when they come back to St. George! I cant wait to try the fish w/ red rice next!!"

"I came down from Charlotte and stopped by this food truck. I bought what the ladies recommended. Fish, Mac and cheese, and cabbage. I ate the fish in the parking lot. Food was great and wasn't over season. When I come back down I will find you ladies. Great 1st time experience. The drink was fire too."

"This truck deserves extra attention. Fair prices... Friendly.. Great food. Heavy plate. I will visit them anytime they are close to Charleston. Fantastic experience. Got that slightly sweet red rice too. Only critique would be the Mac and cheese could be a little better but it's pretty decent. Don't forget the lemonade. Outstanding."
